Bolt set to be a legend
The Strait Times saturday 22/8 2009
I've read the whole article. Rating: 4
vocabulary words:
Altering: Usain Bolt is altering the sport.
Clenched: Teeth clenched
Question 12. An exciting part of what I have read is that Usain Bolt won Langt sitatthe men's final 200m final. He set a new world record by 19.19 seconds. That's 0.11seconds faster than his old world record.
Shawn Crawford, who came on 4th said: "he's a gift to the earth"
Bolt did also set a new world record in the 100m sprint a few days ago, with the time, 9.58 seconds.

  1. Hi Fredrik,
You need to be reading more than the newspaper if you want to improve your English.
This is not enough work!!! You have not written the meaning of the 2 new words that you found????
